Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Company accounts must be created by a person authorised to represent that organisation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• No fake profiles, impersonation, or false experience, documents or credentials.
• No harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech or discriminatory content.
• No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, scams or fraudulent job postings.
• No requesting or charging money from candidates for jobs.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to break platform security.
• No unlawful, obscene or infringing content of any kind.

You retain ownership of the content you post — profile information, posts, media, comments and reviews. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload.

We may review, edit, hide or remove content, and suspend, restrict or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users — with or without prior notice. Verified badges and skill-test results may be revoked if obtained through misrepresentation.

TradeConnect India is a platform that connects workers, supervisors and companies. We are not a party to any employment relationship, contract or payment between users. We do not guarantee employment, candidate quality, salary accuracy or the conduct of any user. Verify independently before accepting or offering work.

Paid plans provide additional visibility and features as described on the pricing page. Fees are charged in advance for the stated period. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once the benefits have been made available.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeConnect India and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of income, employment, data or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
