Skilled trade work in India is still hired through word of mouth, WhatsApp groups and middlemen. Genuine talent goes unnoticed, and companies struggle to verify who they are actually hiring. Our mission is simple: give every skilled worker a verifiable professional profile, and give every company a trustworthy way to find them.

Who it is for

Workers build a complete profile with trade, experience, certificates and skill-test results, then apply to jobs directly. Companies post openings, review verified candidates and manage applications in one dashboard. Supervisors showcase their project history and connect both sides.
